Why Symmetry Motions?
Like Sir Isaac Newton once said “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.”
Symmetry Motions is about teaching our body how to move in symmetry so that for every move
and action we take, there is an equal and opposite counter movement/force that take place to help
our body maintain equilibrium (balance).
