Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, DOMP
Registered Massage Therapist, RMT

Freedom of movement allows freedom of self, whatever that looks like for you. Whether that’s keeping up with your kids, getting out in nature, or getting stronger, we were meant to move - that’s why it’s called move-meant!

My journey started as a child when I played many sports, overcame injuries, and felt how physical limitations affected my ability to move and be himself. During my first ecstatic dance, I discovered what it meant to truly move freely, and felt how I had been limiting myself. This inspired me to study Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, Massage Therapy at Sutherland-Chan, and now Osteopathy at Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy. I seek to enhance my practice by integrating new information and practical experiences. I believe that understanding the body is the most important thing individuals can do, and help my patients take an active role in their health.

My goal is to offer a welcoming, easeful, non-judgmental sanctuary that soothes the soul, calms the mind, and allows the body to speak. Every treatment plan begins with identifying your goals and working together to achieve them. Only by listening, can we create the ideal conditions that facilitate your body's innate healing abilities.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic neck or back pain, have a nagging injury, are feeling stressed, or are looking to maintain your health, let's address the root cause and get you back to your most vibrant self!
